On Sunday, 31st May 2015, Bowfield Hotel & Country Club held the third annual  road race to raise funds for the nearby St Vincent's Hospice.

The event, this year over a distance of 10k, was organized by Mark Butler of Bowfield Hotel  with the winner, Mark Hounsell , who also won last year’s race over 5k, coming home in a time of just over 40 minutes.

First Lady Home was Elita Storey in a time of just over 51 minutes. Like Mark, Elita was first lady home over last year’s 5k run.
